Why have a housewarming party after living here for the past five years? Because on June 30th of this year I purchased my loft as a condominium, and I now own the place! But mainly it's a party for all my friends who will not be asked to help me move. Check out the place on my new Warehouse Lofts page.

Open House & Cookout - Noon to 5PM: There will be an open house from noon to 5PM for all my friends who are invited to the SWANK parties, but for reasons of kids, baby sitters, and after work commitments are unable to attend a party at night. Also for those who don't go out so much anymore, or don't care to go into 'the big city' after dark. The grill will be fired up on the new balcony cooking burgers, brats, and hot dogs. So no excuses if you are not the nighttime party animal, put the kiddies in the car and stop over Saturday afternoon see the place and socialize! I've got plenty of bugs, critters, and video games to the kids entertained for a little while.

Tiki Housewarming Party - 7PM: The adult party starts at 7PM all cocktails will be served at the new outdoor Tiki bar, stocked with an assortment of summer drink favorites and of course tropical blender drinks. There is beer for the non-foo-foo drink crowd from the new beer tap tower at the wet bar…right next to the Tequila & Mezcal bar (only Mezcal has the agave worm in the bottle) equipped with limes, a dice cup, and the "Lost Shaker of Salt" has been found!

Tropical Attire: Come on…get into tiki mode with Hawaiian shirts, Bermuda shorts, sandals, crazy straw hats, grass skirts, and coconut bras for the wahines (ladies).

Parking: There is generally plenty of street parking around the building, these are metered spots during the day. Do not park in the two lots adjacent to the Warehouse Lofts building, these are assigned tenant spots. There are 2 System Parking lots directly behind the Warehouse Lofts building. Parking in these lots is $3.75, and $1.00 after 3PM.
