The info:
Party Shenanigans begin at 10:00 AM! There is no schedule or itinerary for the day other than it is my goal to get to the Summerfest grounds by 7PM for free re-entry with the wristband…yeah it doesn’t always work out that way…but it’s a goal!

Show up whenever you are able, if you did not take the full day off, come after work, or skip out during lunch. Parking in the lot behind my building is $5.00 for the day. If you show up late, or are wandering aimlessly after the fest, if the balcony Christmas lights are on…so is the party; lights off = at Summerfest. If you need directions, you can find them on the directions page. Remember kids, enter #260 on the crappy call box at the front door to get buzzed in! If no one answers we may be on the balcony and can't here the door buzzer; if this occurs go to the back of the building and yell at us on the 2nd floor balcony!

The Monkey Bus courtesy of the Monkey Bar will arrive to take everyone to Summerfest at 6:30, so anyone who has a wristband can get free re-entry to the grounds before 7pm. The Monkey Bus will pick you at anytime at Summerfest and take you back to the Warehouse Lofts to get your car, or take you to the Monkey Bar. Anyone going to the Monkey Bar during or after Summerfest, can get a ride back to the Warehouse Lofts at bar time...after bar??? If you ride the Monkey Bus, be sure to thank the driver and Diane next time you see her!

What I am providing:
Tap beer, cocktails & mixers at the balcony tiki bar for the non-beer foo-foo drink crowd. All condiments for your grilling pleasure, catsup, mustard, onions. Because I am a responsible host, anyone unable to drive home after the fest I can make accommodations for a few people, sofa sleeper, sofa, hammock.

What to bring:
  • Food…anything you want to cook on the grill, I’ll get you drunk but I’m not feeding you! Any snacks for the party you so generously would like to contribute.
  • Beer, the keg won’t last all day so if a couple people bring some reserve beer I think we’ll make it through!
  • Any liquor, wine, coolers, beer you want. And of course any of your favorite shot mixers like Red Bull. Cash contributions are always welcome.
  • Sun block, a camera, and your drinking shoes! In parts of the state it's referred to as your drinking hat...
  • Cash, gifts!

    Summerfest admission info for Friday June 29, 2007:
  • Adult admission at the gate $8.00 noon-4pm. $15.00 after 4pm.
  • 5:00 – 6:00 pm. One free admission to the first 650 M&I Bank customers showing a valid M&I Rewards Check Card, Rewards Credit Card or Rewards Equity Card at the Mid-Gate promotions tent.
  • Noon to 3:00 pm. A free admission for two pint lids, two quart lids or one 48 oz. lid of Cedar Crest ice cream or sherbet.

    Each day you visit Summerfest there are wristbands available at all gates. The wristbands allow you to leave and re-enter the grounds on the same day. Wristbands will be issued from noon until 6:30pm and you must re-enter the grounds by 7:00pm the same day.
